Alejandra de la Fuente - Owner of Red Kitchen KC, her dishes are a callback to her roots in Guadalajara, featuring a mouthwatering breakfast menu that locals adore. Swetha Newcomb - A recent James Beard semifinalist, she melds Indian flavors with fine dining, crafting dishes that are as meaningful as they are delicious.
